Digital Marketing Manager

Visarc is recruiting for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager with a growth mindset to join a small but expanding Digital Marketing Team to work on a portfolio of high-profile accounts including several automotive brands.

The role reports into the Head of Digital Marketing, salary is negotiable and subject to experience.


In a nutshell

As Digital Marketing Manager, you are expected to be able to work across marketing disciplines and will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of client activity in 3 key areas:

1. Analytics and Business Intelligence
2. Search Engine Optimisation
3. Paid Media (Display, Paid Search, Paid Social)


Analytics and Business Intelligence

Responsibilities across our client portfolio

  • Management of Google Tag Manager containers, including variables, triggers and tag setup
  • Management of Google Analytics properties including view definition and goal tracking
  • Definition and build of standard and bespoke reports in Google Data Studio

Development opportunities

The next step in our journey to offer better analytics and business intelligence services is to explore the opportunities offered by centralising data. Any experience utilising Segment, Google Analytics 360, Google Big Query, Data Build Tool (dbt), Stitch or Looker would be an advantage.


Search Engine Optimisation

Responsibilities across our client portfolio

  • Interpretation of website quality audits
  • Manage the delivery of technical website audits
  • Manage the delivery of keyword research for existing client web pages
  • Manage the delivery of keyword gap analysis for client websites
  • Manage the delivery of client content marketing plans
  • Manage link acquisition via a third party agency

Development opportunities

To offer comprehensive SEO solutions for clients of various sizes it is vital that we automate the majority of SEO research and reporting tasks. Any experience utilising Google Big Query and Supermetrics would be an advantage, as would any experience off-shoring core SEO tasks.


Paid Media

Responsibilities across our client portfolio

  • Setup and management of paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Advertising
  • Setup and management of paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
  • Setup and management of display campaigns across Google and Microsoft Advertising
  • Setup and management of audiences across all platforms

Development opportunities

To take our paid media management to the next level, it will be vital to deliver efficiencies using Google Ads scripts or third-party tools such as Adzooma or Adalysis. Our medium to long term objectives are to achieve all key business certifications for the leading paid media platforms.


About you

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years digital marketing experience which has exposed them in a hands-on way to analytics/BI, paid media management and SEO. A mix of brand and agency experience would be an advantage as would any recent certifications from Google, or Microsoft Advertising.

On the job training will be provided; however, you will be expected to make an impact immediately and work independently. This role does not manage any direct reports, but as the team grows they may be added.

  • Strong presentation skills, both delivery and asset production (reports, RFPs)
